General Service Terms and Conditions

Spark Clean & Go Service Agreement

By confirming a booking with Spark Clean & Go, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. These terms serve to protect both the Client and Spark Clean & Go throughout the service engagement.

1. Scope of Service

Cleaning services are limited to the agreed package and inclusions discussed and confirmed prior to booking. The following are examples of tasks that may be included within your chosen package:

Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of floors

Bathroom cleaning including toilet, sink, tiles, and shower area

Kitchen cleaning including countertops, sink, stovetop, and cabinet surfaces

Dusting and wiping of accessible surfaces

Interior window and ledge cleaning for reachable areas only

Trash collection and organizing within the agreed service scope

Note: Services not included in the agreed package are not covered and will not be performed without prior discussion and approval.

2. Service Duration and Manpower

The booking covers the agreed number of cleaners and service hours as confirmed at the time of scheduling.

Cleaning time officially starts upon team arrival and log in.

Packing of tools and materials will be completed after the final walkthrough.

Any extension of service hours is subject to team availability and will incur additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, the Client agrees to:

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

Secure necessary work permits or administrative approvals for condos or office buildings.

Ensure that water and electricity supply are available and functional during the service.

Remove or secure fragile, valuable, and personal belongings prior to the start of service.

Note: Spark Clean & Go is not responsible for any unsecured valuables or pre existing damage to items not declared before the service begins.

4. Inspection and Completion

We strongly recommend that the Client or an authorized representative conduct a final walkthrough and inspection before the team leaves the premises.

If no representative is available for inspection at the time of completion:

The job will be considered completed based on the agreed scope of work.

Revisit or back job requests will not be accommodated once the team has left the premises.

Any concerns or feedback must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Documentation and Quality Assurance

Spark Clean & Go may take before and after photos or videos of the service area for quality control, liability purposes, and business records. These are kept confidential and will not be shared publicly without the Client’s consent.

6. Limitations of Service

Cleaning services provided by Spark Clean & Go do not include repainting, repair, restoration, pest control, or structural maintenance.

Permanent stains, heavy rust, long term buildup, mold, or surface damage may not be fully removable.

Heavy furniture and large appliances will not be moved unless agreed upon and confirmed in advance.

Results may vary depending on the condition and age of surfaces.

Note: Spark Clean & Go guarantees professional cleaning effort but does not guarantee full restoration of damaged, aged, or heavily worn surfaces.

7. Payment Terms

All payments must be settled immediately upon service completion unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

Accepted payment methods are GCash or Bank Transfer only, unless Cash is confirmed for the booking.

No payment should be given directly to cleaners or contractors. All payments must be made exclusively to Spark Clean & Go’s official account.

Spark Clean & Go is not responsible for payments made outside of official channels.

Note: For your protection and proper documentation, always ensure you receive a payment confirmation from Spark Clean & Go directly.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules may change. To avoid any additional charges, please observe the following:

Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Same day cancellations may incur a mobilization or handling fee.

Rescheduling is subject to team availability and cannot be guaranteed on short notice.

9. Damages and Liability

Spark Clean & Go takes care and professionalism seriously. However, to ensure fair accountability:

Any concerns regarding damage must be raised and reported before the team leaves the premises.

Pre existing damage must be declared by the Client before the service begins.

Spark Clean & Go’s liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service rendered for the specific booking in question.

10. Safety and Conduct

Spark Clean & Go reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service without penalty if:

The service environment is deemed unsafe for the cleaning team.

There is harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behaviour directed toward any member of the team.

The actual condition of the property significantly differs from what was disclosed during booking.

Agreement

By confirming a booking with Spark Clean & Go, the Client acknowledges that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this document. Payment shall be settled after service completion as agreed.
